RULES:
· You must be the owner or co-web of the site.
· No forums, xanga, livejournal, tumblr, yahoo/msn groups or myspace sites.
· Top/Elite Affiliate are only for High Quality sites (HQ content, good layout design, etc.).
· Your site must be content-appropriate, it can not have anything inappropriate on it.
· Your site cannot be coming soon, or on hiatus. Your site must also have a domain.
